As all good things should come in 3, here’s the third and final part of this series; it’s also the shortest because I’m not going to go in detail in domains/fields that I’m not an expert in.
Some of you, who hopefully read part 1 & 2, might say: “I tried everything and nothing works for me”.
If that’s you, I’m not going to call you a liar. There are people who, because of some health issues, have a very big struggle and, unfortunately, very few things do work when it comes to weight loss.
If, in all honesty, you tried the things I talk about in part 1 & 2 and the results just don’t show up after a couple of months … I guess it’s time to go and see a doctor; or several doctors.
However, don’t despair. In all likelihood, your body requires some special type of diet, specifically “tailored” for you. If there are other issues, there will be treatments that will help you get better.
From the top of my mind, I would recommend you seeing a nutritionist, an internal medicine doctor and getting some blood work done (most likely one of two doctors I mentioned will recommend specific blood works). If something is not quite right, these doctors will have further recommendations or treatments.
We’re all unique and our bodies make no exception to this rule. Sometimes, what works for 10000 people, doesn’t work for you. Bad luck? Well, maybe … but, then again, that’s just one more thing that makes you the one and only on this lovely planet 🙂
So, stay positive, make those doctors’ appointments, and, with just a little bit of luck, everything will work out just fine.
